Preisfehler: Samsung 840 Series Basic 250GB für ~62€

Amazon.co.uk ist wohl am Wochenende nur halb besetzt und vor lauter Arbeit hat ein Schussel wohl den Preis für die SSD von Samsung falsch eingetragen. 62 Euro klingt jedenfalls verrückt. Einen Versuch ist es definitiv wert:

Wollt ihr mehr zur SSD erfahren, lest euch am besten mal diesen Artikel durch. Für den Preis auf jeden Fall ein No-Brainer.

Habe die mail auch bekommen. Habe denen zurückgeschrieben, dass ein gültiger Kaufvertrag vorliegt, den sie bitte erfüllen möchten. Habe auch vorher einen Anwalt gefragt. Amazon kann nicht einfach selbst definieren, dass der Vertrag erst mit Versand der Ware zu Stande kommt. Genausowenig können sie in Ihren AGB festlegen, dass sie das Recht hätten Bestellungen zu stornieren. Bin mal auf die Antwort gespannt...
Habe noch kein Storno bekommen, bin mal gespannt.
Jo bei mir ist auch storniert worden. Wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt. Bei Amazon direkt ist das Risiko ja überschaubar.
